Brad and his wife started with the Hog’s Breath family in 2011, in the regional centre of Tuggerah, taking over the restaurant that is located in the town’s main shopping centre. ‘The heart of Hog’s Breath is the great atmosphere’, he says. ‘It’s the love factor – love the food, love the environment, love the staff – and everybody in the place gets the vibe.’ Brad and his hard working team sponsor many local sporting teams, trivia nights, cancer fundraisers, anything they can do to support the community.
