Refund and Returns Policy

Delivery

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and are processed within 3-5 business days. Delays may occur if your order is part of a promotion or during a collection launch. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to arrive once shipped. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully when placing your order.

  • Hog’s Breath Company Pty Ltd. is not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, please ensure to check all entered information at checkout.
  • Hog’s Breath Company Pty Ltd. is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • Hog’s Breath Company Pty Ltd. is not responsible for the cost of shipping on any returns.
  • Hog’s Breath Company Pty Ltd. will only reimburse shipping on a faulty item up to $25 AUD.
  • Hog’s Breath Company Pty Ltd. holds the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% if for some reason the order is cancelled.

International Shipping Rates

If you’d like to place an order that requires international shipping, please email  and we will reach out to you about your request.

If your order can be facilitated, please note that international orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties which vary country to country. Hog’s Breath Mercantile Co. is not liable for any charges you may incur. We are also unable to process a refund if you refuse to make payment for the taxes incurred.


Returns

At Hog’s Breath, we hope you are completely satisfied with your order, and we are happy to offer the option of returning your order due to incorrect sizing or fit. To assist us with your return, the following conditions apply.

  • Eligible returns must be shipped back within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition unwashed, unworn, and undamaged with original packaging and tags.
  • The item is not an excluded good as detailed below.
  • Items may not be returned in store.

Excluded Goods

  • Merchandise sold as a gift or final sale promotion.

To organise a return, please email for a return shipping label. All return requests will be reviewed within 48 hours on business days. Returns will be less the cost of the fee per return shipment. Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 days for the balance of your return to be processed.

Exchanges

To initiate a return please reach out to . We offer the option of exchanging your item for the same item in another size or colour based on available stock. Please read the following conditions carefully to ensure your item is eligible for an exchange.

  • Exchange requests are not guaranteed and are subject to our return policy.
  • Exchanged requests will incur the cost of return shipping.
  • If we do not have the item requested in stock a refund can be issued in place of the exchange.
  • If a discount was used on the original purchase, and you are looking to exchange for the same item in a different size with the discount applied, your return will be processed for the original discount amount for each item.
  • New discount codes or gift cards are not able to be applied to exchange requests.
  • We are unable to process exchanges on already exchanged orders. Feel free to return for a refund and place a new order.
  • A temporary authorization will be placed on the credit card provided for the full amount of the exchange order total for 7 business days. If your return is not sent back within 21 days from the date of return submission the credit card provided will be charged the full amount of the exchange order. *Be sure your parcel is scanned as received at the time of drop off and obtain proof by requesting a receipt.

Incorrect Orders

If you have received an incorrect item, please email with photos of the item and we will send you further instructions on how to proceed.
