Hayley and Shaun opened the Hervey Bay Hog’s Breath Cafe in 2012, cementing the brand there as a firm local favourite. They worked alongside local community groups, suppliers and sporting groups to build long term relationships that have only flourished over time. Last year, the owners expanded to include Samantha, the restaurant manager, and her husband who have now bought into the business. This restaurant and their team are family, bringing passion and creativity to the restaurant, along with a little bit of healthy attitude – that’s Hog’spitality after all!
