8 generous scoops of vanilla and strawberry ice cream served on warm chocolate mud cake, smothered in chocolate fudge sauce, topped with marshmallows, strawberry topping, whipped cream, toasted coconut and 2 chocolate wafers.
Peach, mango and passionfruit compote, crushed meringues, raspberry puree, whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, toasted coconut and biscuit crumbs.
Warm homemade sticky date pudding, served with a pot of butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream.
