Member Update – Digital Cards

As one of our most valued customers we wanted you to be the first to know… something new is coming!

As you would be aware, our birthday reward and loyalty discount programs have been suspended during COVID-19. While we have been allowed to reopen, we are still operating under government restrictions in each and every state that have reduced our capacity to serve the volume of customers required to generate the business that supported these programs. Unfortunately, the restrictions can change drastically, even overnight, as seen in Victoria, and most recently South Australia, which means we are still impacted by disruptions.

To be able to continue to reward you for your continued support and keep our local family-owned businesses open in this uncertain and restricted environment, we’ve been busy working on a new loyalty program that will support both of these objectives whilst we learn to live with COVID-19.

Here’s a couple of things you need to know:

🐽 Your current membership will be automatically incorporated in the new program!

🐽 There will be new benefits and ways of earning rewards!

We understand change can be hard, but we’ll make it easy for you! As part of this change, you’ll note that your digital membership cards will be temporarily deleted on November 30, but they will be reinstated into our new app when the program is launched next year.

In the short term, we’ll be seeking feedback from you on what YOU want to see in a Hogs loyalty  program. We have engaged loyalty specialist to guide us and then we’ll also be testing, testing, testing to ensure the new system is seamless when it goes live next year!!

We’ll be in touch again soon with more details on the benefits and rewards of our new program as we transition you through this changed environment.
